‘Gemini Syndrome’! Just the name alone says it all. My self also being a Gemini, I can already relate. Gemini (Gem-en-i.e.) (♊) is the third astrological sign in the Zodiac, originating from the constellation of Gemini.
Those of you that follow astrology, and or know a Gemini personally, are aware that we tend to have multiple personalities. In this case these multiple personalities make up each individual band member in the band ‘Gemini Syndrome’.

Aaron Nordstrom – Vocals

Alessandro Paveri – Bass
Brian Steele Medina – Drums

I just saw these guys perform live this past Saturday August 31, 2010 at The Roxy Theater on Sunset Strip, and I must say they do not disappoint. ‘They are the full package band.’ They have the look, the sound, the drive and the stage presence to back it all up.

I think one main thing that makes this band stand out from the rest of the crowd, is their love for their music they create together. When listening to their songs, you just feel it. It’s not forced like some music other bands feed us. So what are you waiting for? GEMINI SYNDROME FEATURED IN HOLLYWOOD MUSIC MAGAZINE-

Poised to be the next big thing coming out of Los Angeles’ music scene, Gemini Syndrome is coming out swinging. Only a band for six months, they have burst on the scene not as a “local” band stepping up rungs of a ladder trying to make it; rather, Gemini Syndrome is a finished, polished product in all facets.

Every now and then, along comes a band out of nowhere it seems; just a perfect combination of musicians that mesh so well they sound like they have been around forever, as opposed to bands that start off playing local bars, developing and honing their musicianship, songwriting and stage performance. Gemini Syndrome is the former rather than the latter. Fueled by Aaron Nordstrom’s melodic voice that retains a masculine edge backed by the syncopated rhythms of Italian bass master (although no fisherman), Alessandro “A.P.” Paveri, and skillful and visual beats of drummer, Brian Steele Medina, that provide timekeeping for the brilliant guitar work from Rich Juzwick and Mike Salerno, this band is a nuclear bomb going off on the 4th of July at the turn of the millennium. Yes, they are that spectacular; an explosion of talent, production and performance, that once you see or hear, will have you scratching your head, questioning, “How is it I have never heard of them?”

Hello All. It has been a month since our debut show at the Roxy theater on June 7th, and we would like to thank everyone who came to the show, helped promote it, and created the buzz to make it such a successful event. The show of support from our family, friends, fellow musicians, and fans was overwhelmingly positive and electric. Thank you so much for helping us manifest our dream and vision for what we hoped and knew this entity could produce.
In the following weeks, we have been kept incredibly busy establishing new relationships with people and bands, and also organizing our second event. We need your help again.
July 31st, 2010 at the Roxy theater in Hollywood, we will be presenting, with the help of Mikey Doling, our second ceremony of music. Appearing with us will be our friends The Kill Corps, our friends from Italy, Media Solution, and our new friends Picture Me Broken. We are inviting and asking that all of our friends in bands around the area take part in this with us.
This has been such an exciting experience for us and we are enjoying sharing it with each and every one of you. So this July 31st, let's make it bigger, better, and even more important that we are all together, living and doing what we love, and doing it with each other.

This will be the first blog in a series of blogs we will be posting. There are no rules, no limitations. We will share our thoughts, insights, observations, band news, and basically whatever else comes to mind. We appreciate your time and attention, and we hope you enjoy.

To start it off, a comment about synchronicity and entropy. In thermodynamics, the law of entropy states that all organized systems have a tendency towards chaos. It can also be said that any system about to reorganize at a higher level of order will, at first, appear to be breaking down completely. You can see this in all systems, including the human psyche. For example, if you observe yourself in hindsight at a point where you may have reached a new level of awareness, or had some breakthrough, there is often a period of time beforehand that you may feel or appear to be more unstable than usual. Things associated with this stage could be fear, sadness, confusion, etc. All of these negatives build, bubbling and churning like a volcano before the ultimate breakthrough happens. With this in mind, one can more easily discern the reality of a situation from the seemingly hopeless situations we often find ourselves in.

The Universe, and the Great Eye has more in mind for us, and these trials and tribulations are necessary to prepare us for what's about to come. To strengthen or temper us for the great ascent ahead.
